Chef Keith


Chef Keith has been a Chef for over 15 years. He started out in his schools cafeteria at a young age. As Chef Keith moved on in life, he worked in a few restaurants and decided that this is the career for him. Chef Keith went to the Culinary Institute of America in historical Hyde Park, N.Y. At CIA, he received his Associates Degree in Occupational Studies Culinary Arts in 1998. Chef Keith also received his Serve-Safe Certification (1996) a Food and Management Sanitation Certification (1998) at the CIA. After graduating from the CIA Chef Keith's Culinary career took off like a rocket. Working in some of the east coasts top end private resorts and hotels such as the Ritz-Carlton, Naples FL, which is rated a Five-Diamond resort. Through this time Chef Keith was able to work under some of the worlds top Chefs. To further his culinary knowledge Chef Keith traveled to France to experience it's culinary wonders first hand. Chef Keith finally was called upon to run and design his own menu in South West Florida where he lived. He was able to bring a small quaint restaurant to it's full potential after being demolished in hurricane Charley. Now Chef Keith is using his vast experience from his education, travels, and hard work in the kitchen to provide well balanced and high end meals to a great family as there Personal Chef. Chef Keith is also teamed up with other Chefs to help people over the Internet cook to there full culinary potential through Chef Chat Cafe.

Chef Andrew

Chef Andrew has been a Chef for over 14 years. He started out at a young age as a bus boy and as a prep cook. Chef Andrew wanted to learn all that he can as fast as he can because he loved the rush of the kitchen. As his career developed thorough the next few year Chef Andrew realized that he learned all that he can where he was at with the title as a Banquet Sous Chef. As Chef Andrew moved on in life, he worked in a few restaurants and decided that there was more for him. Chef Andrew went to the Culinary Institute of America in historical Hyde Park, N.Y. At CIA, he received his Associates Degree in Occupational Studies Culinary Arts in 1998. Chef Andrew also received his Serve-Safe Certification (1996 & 2001 for North Carolina Board of health) a Food and Management Sanitation Certification (1998) at the CIA. After graduating from the CIA Chef Andrew Culinary career hit the fast track. In 2000 Chef Andrew attended some Seafood Education seminars, Virginia Institute of marine Science. One of Chef Andrews highlights of his culinary career was being involved in the 2001 Patis de France, New York Pastry competition. Working in some of the best Mid-Atlantic restaurants, Chef Andrew was able to work with some of the worlds top Chefs and become one himself. Chef Andrew was called upon to help run and design a corporate catering and eatery. He was able to help bring an empty shell to a great place. Now Chef Andrew is enjoying time with his family and using his well earned experience from his education, and hard work in the kitchen and has teamed up with other Chefs to help people over the Internet cook to there full culinary potential through Chef Chat Cafe.

Chef Steven


Chef Steven has been a Chef for over 14 years. He started out very young as a prep cook in a small restaurant and then moved his way up in the ranks. After graduating from the Union County Vocational School for Culinary Arts, Chef Steven went to the Culinary Institute of America in historical Hyde Park, N.Y. At CIA, he received his Associates Degree in Occupational Studies Culinary Arts in 1998. Through his education he has received Awards from the National Vocational Honor Society (1996) and an Academic Achievement Award (1996). Chef Steven is Serve-Safe Certified (1996) and has a Food and Management Sanitation Certification (1998). Chef Steven has trained under some of the world's top Chefs throughout his culinary experiences. Now Chef Steven is using his experience from his education, Country Clubs and Fine Dining restaurants to help people cook like a professional in the comfort of their own home through Cooking with a Pro. He can also be seen at Williams-Sonoma providing cooking classes and demos for their feature products. Chef Steven is also teamed up with other Chef to help people over the Internet cook to there full culinary potential through Chef Chat Cafe.
