
Chef Keith has been a Chef for over 15 years. He started out in his schools cafeteria at a young age. As Chef Keith moved on in life, he worked in a few restaurants and decided that this is the career for him. Chef Keith went to the Culinary Institute of America in historical Hyde Park, N.Y. At CIA, he received his Associates Degree in Occupational Studies Culinary Arts in 1998. Chef Keith also received his Serve-Safe Certification (1996) a Food and Management Sanitation Certification (1998) at the CIA. After graduating from the CIA Chef Keith's Culinary career took off like a rocket. Working in some of the east coasts top end private resorts and hotels such as the Ritz-Carlton, Naples FL, which is rated a Five-Diamond resort. Through this time Chef Keith was able to work under some of the worlds top Chefs. To further his culinary knowledge Chef Keith traveled to France to experience it's culinary wonders first hand. Chef Keith finally was called upon to run and design his own menu in South West Florida where he lived. He was able to bring a small quaint restaurant to it's full potential after being demolished in hurricane Charley. Now Chef Keith is using his vast experience from his education, travels, and hard work in the kitchen to provide well balanced and high end meals to a great family as there Personal Chef. Chef Keith is also teamed up with other Chefs to help people over the Internet cook to there full culinary potential through Chef Chat Cafe.
